I heard a rumor that toxins and tanning beds are bad for you. And too many glasses of champagne on NYE after too many nibbles of caviar on Christmas Eve -- this too! It's a New Year, and now that you've probably joined a gym & tossed all the yucky, un-organic goods from the fridge, you should be well on the road towards total health & a rockin' bod.
Or not. Let's face it, January is a busy month!! You're exhausted from the holidays. And are you really expected to eat a kale salad & fresh fruit smoothie on New Years Day? Not realistic!
So now it's February. PERFECT month to really get serious about getting healthy.
I'm making a sacrifice for all of you readers-- I am going to start the David Kirsch Five Day Detox Diet TODAY and after, I will have the full report.
